What do you think she meant?

I saw a woman I am dating today, and she said, "Sorry that I take your for granted." When I said "What do you mean? You don't.," she said, "That's what you think."

I could be reading too much into it, but it feels like she doesn't like me as a person. She likes company and physical contact, but not me.
