Deaf People can Make Verbal Noises, Yell and Scream 😱😲, Talk 🗣️ and Snore 😴!

@Valerian there are plenty of deaf people who can't verbally speak though, and yelling and screaming would be few and far between. They are no more likely to snore than the average hearing person, so the only actual thing he would have to worry about in this case for the most part would be the verbal noises, which wouldn't be constant or as frequent as talking. but I'm fairly sure he was just talking about incessant conversation 😂
