Is it shallow to date someone with a car?

zonavar68 · 51-55, M
Do you have a drivers license? Do you have a car yourself?

I never got my license until I was 27 but I also didn't date women at the time so it wasn't an issue, but I think it's a bit fickle to consider the fact a woman has personal transport and the other person (who wants to date the woman) does not as a reason to want to date someone unless you are like late teens when people are normally getting their license for the first time if they want one.

In high school my transport was a bicycle and my own two feet. In my post high school days up to mid-20's that remained the status quo since I had no need for a car or to drive anywhere.

@zonavar68 She has an e-bike, besides her profession for ruining her relationships. I've stayed true to her for almost 4 years, even after she dated the first guy she told me of (I've suspected other guys before that one to be their boyfriends). But when she told me that she considered me some random guy, after all we shared about our lives and what I helped her with in her life, I told myself "okay, that's it" and avoided her from then on. That's 2.5 months ago now, and I feel fine with that.
