Not a good idea, especially for men. Shouldn't even pursue a female co-worker. I read comments online from one guy who tried to get a co-worker's phone number; he was called into HR, chastised and sent to work in another location. Lucky he didn't get fired altogether. Workplace is now off-limits for pursuing romantic relationships,
