I just read that they updated the definition of alcoholism to mean more than 4 drinks a day. I mostly have cooking wine topped off with water twice a day, really amounts to one drink. Why didn't they say this sooner?

Your an alcoholic if your suffering from your mind , body and spirit . Doesn't necessarily mean the quantity you drink . It's what it do to your mind body and spirit
@GrayJessie it helps you for awhile and then turn on you . If your spirit is fading away , then I'd look into it if its helping you or not . I'm sober 17 years myself and got through a lot and stayed sober through it all . Then thing about me drinking was that I ended up with no spirit and today my spirit is strong as ever and it had very little to do with me
