What do you do when you meet the kids?

@deathfairy ive known her but a few weeks if I’m honest. We went on a couple of dates but never made anything official. She kinda just threw the whole “meet my teenage daughter” on me. I think it was an impulse, no thought on it. I’m gonna meet her and if everything goes well talk about where I stand with her mum but I don’t wanna do that and then not get along with her daughter and we never end up going anywhere

well everyone has their own pace in relationships and it’s up to you to determine what yours is. sounds like you have a pace to me. not a few weeks. lol. maybe that was her way of “meet my daughter i am interested in being serious with you we are in a relationship now” maneuver? but that shows lack of communication on her part. so that’s another red flag. @Meggyboo

@deathfairy I’m thinking maybe she wants to make sure we all get along before making anything serious. I hope so because I’ve been flirting and stuff with other girls and I’m not a girl who cheats😳I don’t feel like it’s going too quickly, I think it’s just startled me cos I’ve never dated a woman with a child before. Especially one who’s daughter could’ve been in school with me😳

that’s understandable (: then go for it and see. yeah that age gap is interesting.. makes me wonder if she will overlap that emotionally and see you as a daughter at some point. i wish you the best ^.^ @Meggyboo
