I know i shldnt be upset

I know I shldnt be upset but my ex husband deleted me off Facebook... actually I'm more bothered than upset... he rarely used fb & he hasn't deleted my family & his family hasn't deleted me... we weren't in contact anyway.. I've definitely moved on... why am I bothered over a trivial thing??

He doesn't want you looking over his shoulder as he rebuilds his life/goes ahead without you.

He doesn't have animosity, etc., towards your family, nor does his family have any towards you. (Some of both of the families will probably peel away.)

But why would he want you watching him? It would be normal to get that person out of one's life for at least a while.

He has moved on, or is seriously trying to do so. You should consider doing this, too.
