Why do most of my relatives and family friends ask me whether I have any girlfriend or not?

Whenever I meet Abhishek dada who is my dad's friend's son, he always asks me whether I have any girlfriend or not. I say no and he becomes surprised and say to enjoy life and make girlfriend as life is short. Even his dad too asks me whether I have one or not. He too says me to make gf as college life is the perfect time for a gf. Recently even my cousin's husband who married her back in Dec 2019, also asked me whether I have any girlfriend in college or not. He was surprised too because he had been dating cousin since they were in 7th grade.
