Am I the only one who feels like puberty must have skipped over me?

I'm 4'10 with a baby face. Everyone always was like "Oh you'll grow- oh your baby weight will disappear once you're older" People still tell me that. I'm in my mid twenties. My growth plates are closed and even when I was sick and underweight my face...

I'm told I look 10 years younger than my actual age. But I used to look much, MUCH younger than my age. One time, I went into a liquor store to buy a bottle, and the clerk questioned if I were old enough to buy. He studied my license for a long time before he believed I was over 21. I was 46 at the time.

I used to work with someone who must have looked something like you. Just be yourself and let the world deal with it. The person I worked with was a good friend and she's had a fine professional career. Being 4-10 or so didn't hold her back that I could see.

I know someone, probably shorter than you. Can only get clothes and shoes in children sizes. Her face looks old though if you look closely.
And she is engaged to this 6'1 guy....they look really odd together.

@SW-User Ah. I can't fit in adult sizes either. Even an extra small in women sizes is way too big. I wish my face looked older though.
My boyfriend is a foot taller than me so we probably look odd together too.

@ShepherdBard Ah. You're lucky. Guys with baby faces look manly/older with facial hair. My brother has a baby face too but with his beard he looks much older than his actual age but if he shaves it he looks like a teenager lol

But baby faced is cute. I like rounder faces. I prefer them to what I call shovel face: Those people that have really sharp angles to their face.

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout I mean might as well be since I can't do anything aboit it. The only thing I'm not a good sport is when tall people get on their knees so they can be the "same" height as me. I take that as them wanting a punch to the face lol.
