Do you believe dating apps to be mostly a disingenuous?

I mean… if they were actually there to help anyone or actually worked effectively… 🤔 they would have their streak of revenue suddenly cut off….

Maybe an actually effective dating app would just charge a premium of like a thousand dollars because it worked so well… 🤔 I wonder what kind of dating app an advanced AI would develop???

I am not a fan of dating apps at all! Though a lot of my friends use them and narrate the fun experiences they've had, the idea doesn't resonate with me — they're nothing but an algorithm. I think the probability of meeting a person through friends or family at a party or a get-together is more convincing to me.
