Only thirty two Celsius at this time today

We received a visit from the Carabinieri earlier this morning, before I took Chiara to her ballet 🩰 class. My father had sent two sex crimes officers to talk with Chiara and me about what happened. The female officer agreed we should be able to be naked at home if we wish, but chastened us into redressing if we are to receive visitors.

While in part I agreed with her, Chiara said that she is always naked at home and that just because she is naked doesn’t mean she’s inviting anyone to touch her! She was on point (no pun) for our rights to do as we wish within the law at home, which I was pleased about because I do not want her to have a hangup about her body like Americans and English seem to have.

The officers wanted to get our point of view and our history of the situation. They had visited the home of Angelo and his family last night. I think we might not see him and his sister at ballet. 🩰
