Clubs are totally different different to when you and I were in our 20s. Musically and atmosphere are not my cup of tea. Why dont you write a book on your life, like Laura Ingles little house, you remind me of her as your devoted to your sister whos in poor health.

So, on my own, they are not my scene. But I have dated people (and am now engaged) for who the bar / club scene is everything. Of course, I love dancing, so yeah we go out fairly often just to get lost in the music.

I still play clubs and bars with my bands, but it's my least favorite places to play. I dislike drunk people, particularly the ones who don't get what personal space is.
It's a strange concept:
Drive to a place to drink;
Pay up the ass for watered-down, small drinks with cheap, foul tasting booze;
All of this with strangers, and you have no idea how it affects them. Happy drunk? Fighting drunk? Emo drunk?
There were plenty of 20-somethings there last time, but more older. I think it's falling out of favor. Because it sucks ass.

Way to expensive and not nearly as much fun as they used to be
Musicman · 61-69, M
@Muthafukajones Do they still exist???
Musicman · 61-69, M
I don't know if clubs exist anymore. I never hear of any.

I loved clubbing during my early 20's back in the early 90's.
