Dance is teaching me about partnership

I’m learning a lot about myself from dance class. One thing I thought about this morning is that I’m not helping people dance with me when it comes to everyday life. I’m being a bad lead because I’m not leading them into the next step together, I’m just going and either dragging them with me or I’m leaving them behind.
