Safe cycling is a must. I have been t-boned by a small pickup truck who was driving 45mph. Not good!

I've had many a near miss with cars overtaking me that got too close and hit on the shoulder by a car moving very slowly the women driver was looking in the shop windows the otherside of the road she was driving along a high Street, after that near miss I have used my car more often.
