You have to save your brakes so when you need them they are there and don’t fade. You don’t want to be going into that sharp turn and the pedal go to the floor.

because I think our spirits are kind of like the engine of a car, powerful but volatile and clumsy. We then harness this power through our gearboxes, clutch and the brakes, which is the mind and body. If you don't control it for the audience, you can end up getting hurt and stall!!

If I may make a suggestion. Find a large rock and get a length of rope, tie it around the rock and then around your waist. There is your brake. 😬
