This happened as she was getting off the bus, across a Target store I go to a couple of times per week. ICE's claim is categorically false, both the part about her driving an undocumented person's car and not racially profiling, mostly because they've been targeting people, based on the way they look, at that very Target store.

I suspect many MAGA folks would either shrug off those truths as having happened too long ago to matter, call it exaggerated "bleeding-heart liberal" BS, or mention how savage some Native American tribes were. That they were somehow better off.

@MoveAlong My community, for the most part, already knows. MAGA can’t stop us from telling our children, and many of us have, with receipts. But people like DeSantis have actually legislated against teaching aspects of U.S. history "that might make white students uncomfortable". (Florida House Bill 7)
And Donald Trump claiming that the Civil Rights Act and the Voters’ Rights Act "caused white people to be discriminated against” is what they want their children to believe, because whether or not they truly believe it themselves, they don’t want the narrative of white Americans as "the good guys", past and present, to be tarnished.
