@helenS I guess peanut butter being expensive in Europe surprises me. Maybe it's because peanuts are not grown in Continental Europe? While the U.S. is only something like 3rd in worldwide production of peanuts, a heavy percentage of its production is in the runner type of peanut - the type used in making peanut butter.

@WandererTony I started liking molasses when I was in America. I always have a tin can of Appleford's Organic Molasses @home, and I use it to make my world-famous tomato sauce 😋
