I've never seen one advertised, but you know, I think anyone advertising one had better have a grasp of the morning sausage. I'd bought myself a sausage maker and you need the right ratio of rusk(filler) and the proper balance of pork shoulder, pork belly, and pig fat. Then there are the spices.
I've tried variations of this breakfast and enjoyed it, but I'm still working on those sausages. Not sure about the black pudding however. My jury is out on that piece.
