I have very narrow feet and I couldn't get plimsolls that fitted properly. I usually participated in bare feet and I was quite happy doing so, even when I was the only girl in the class without shoes 🙂

@RebeccaG not ideal. We all took off our shoes and socks for gymnastics and dance, but plimsolls were optional for other classes
