As a normal 'white caucasian' Aussie I too am a 'person of colour' because I'm so-called 'white'

Remember that scientifically true white and true black are not even colours, but a complete reflection of or a complete absorption of all incident visible light.

All humans irrespective of their skin tone are 'persons of colour'. All lives matter.

There is no such thing as 'black' or 'white' skin colour.
