Tofu is awesome
I have recently discovered the super health benefits of Tofu ~ it’s truly amazing imho
High in protein, magnesium and iron
So I bought some silken ( half the protein ) and some Smokey/ Bland flavoured Tofu ) full protein
I so misjudged it.
Just add some different kinds of seasoning to some bread flour then coat the tofu and pan fry in sesame oil
Turns out crunchy with a meaty texture inside

Yummy and great for pre or a post workout meal, good for breakfast too
