The Middle East is really Western Asia . Arabs are considered Caucasian . It’s so confusing .

Homo sapiens began in Africa and not all are "known" as Africans today.
Caucasian branch of humanity seem to had origin in the Near East and we "think" on them as Europeans even if part of them populate from India to Turkey and Iran.
"White" (in your post) is not a good indicator of ethnicity or not at least a scientifically well founded category.
So if you say you ar never confused about you may reformulate your question so it becomes evident.
