Do you hate when people talk about giving up?

No I love to flop around in my bed like a muppet or scoot around my kitchen floor on my back and say “I QUIT”

I was just watching a video about traumatic events, PTSD and how the vagus nerves cannot relax due to the hyper state the mind is constantly in. Panic becomes muscle memory. Over time it can induce people to completely give up.

Not everyone is as strong and determined as you.

Usually they just need some support and encouragement
