What is going on at universities?

I don’t know what’s going on at our universities with students demanding ‘safe spaces’ so they don’t have to meet ideas which might challenge their own pre-conceived crackpot ideas. We’ve even had professors forced out for stating scientific fact rather than PC rubbish by these morons. Universities should be places where we are free to exchange ideas and ultimate places of free speech. If you can’t take that university should be no place for you!

i am saddened by so many undergraduates who show their imaturity at university that they will not listen to any opposing idea or view. they are simply wasting their money and time being at university. Students no longer read subjects anymore, they expect it just to be taught! However I find most post graduate and doctoral students still have individual minds and are inquisitve about other viewpoints, so hope is still there
