People called 911 on black kids selling lemonade for the homeless
So police showed up and had them sell twice as much lemonade. Which is a correct use of public service if you ask me. I'm glad the response was good. At the same time though, whoever called 911 should have charges pressed against them. In Brazil, it's literally illegal to be racist. A tourist made monkey gestures at a citizen on video and she got arrested, Brazil don't play and neither should we. It should not be tolerated under any circumstances. I think if there is direct evidence of such a thing, they should be charged. I'm not a fan of he said she said stuff but the laws in the United States are so relaxed that's why they think they can get away with it.
