Muslims are people who follow Islam, not people of a particular race....so, while there's discrimination against Muslims, it really wouldn't be racism per se (though that doesn't make it any less wrong).
Discrimination against all people of any race or religion is wrong. There are good and bad individuals of all races and who follow all religions....but you shouldn't lump all people of a particular race or religion together.

Islam is not a race. A lot of people mix Muslim and Arab. In reality, Muslim Arabs represent a small percentage of the Islam world and you have Muslims countries in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union.
