Why do non white peoples face more racism and discrimination than we do?

I feel so bad for them for facing more discrimination more than us white people do. I have always been jealous of non white women because they’re features are stunning. All women are stunning. My former best friends who are Hispanic told me consider myself lucky I don’t face many discriminations like they do and stop wishing to be something I’ll never be glad I have more privilege. Hey! White people face discrimination too!! One time I got discriminated for liking Aaliyah because I’m white.

I have no idea when they're offered everything under the sun to succeed.

There's Laws on the Books that state that if they show up to be hired for a job, they cannot be turned down. Unless it's a Union Shop.

Years ago, I went to a job interview. 11 people were there waiting for the chance at the 2 jobs being offered. They had us fill out Applications first. Then a guy walks in, looks at all of us, points at the 2 black people in the room, asked them their names, went through the Applications and separated theirs from the pile, and informed the rest of us better luck next time as he threw our applications into the trash. This happened in the State of Indiana back in the 1980's.

@LaylaTheTallGirl It's a fact that the police kill people, but there's no evidence that it's generally racially motivated.
I don't think anyone should trust cops, at least not until the system is fixed.
