Racism has to have roots in mental illness .

If your only reason for hating someone is their skin tone or background , then you’re definitely ly out of

It is indeed sad and seems to be largely a taught behaviour or acquired from the environment and so seems to be what constitutes a racist action for many. It can be used as a label to avoid the effort of forming any common grounds. It is human nature to make distinctions but often enough those distinctions are useless.
