Find the spiciest hot sauce you can find and eat some. If there's any unwanted germs in your intestinal tract, that will kill them, but leave your beneficial bacteria intact.

@cerealguy I do it myself whenever it's an intestinal disorder, because my beneficial flora are used to the spices.
