Is it racist if I think positive stereotypes?

Race (more accurately, human racial differentiation) doesn't exist. We're all just the human race. Racism is the pretense that it exists, whereby such pretense is used to rationalize hatred of people who are different in minor genetic aspects.

These tribal hatreds have always existed, but our present government has developed an aparatus to "protect" the victims i.e. make them dependent of government and thereby provide a large and robust voter base. The tragic irony of such "protection" has played out over the last 60 years or so.
