In US are judges already halting Trump's executive orders and if yes, is it because they are left-wing?

yes. this is their old playbook. if they don't win, they try to defeat and undermine. Trump is onto them and i know expected pushback but he won in a landslide and has more support than ever.

@akindheart I certainly hope someone comes up with a way to clean up the ability of a low level judge can frustrate the wishes of the American people expressed through the election process.

Judge in Oregon was a moderate Republican. His was the very first objection. Saying it's blatantly unconstitutional. This was the birth rights executive order.

Any one who thinks a judge is a dispassionate dispenser of legal truths needs to have their heads examined. Every judge looks at the world through the filter of their own political biases.

@hippyjoe1955 they know who donates to their re-election funds or supports the politicians that appointed them.

No, it is because it is their job to uphold the rule of law.

the one trying to halt funding freeze is a biden diversity pick that barely got nominated

the one from Seattle (one of the most corrupt, crime ridden cities in the US, big surprise...) is a rino that caved in to "requests" from 4 democrats

Only thing they're doing is delaying the inevitable, demonstrating their political bias & hypocrisy, and ousting themselves as members of the swamp that's getting drained...
No, they prefer a more legitimate looking process of legislation and enforcement to give them a believable country.
