Could it be that the United States NEEDS millions of immigrants?

I have heard people say that we need working people in the U.S. to pay for
Social security, Medicare, Medicaid, etc.. because once all the Baby Boomers
are retired, we will not have enough working people to pay the bills.

The numbers do appsar to say that a more current interpretation might be there arent enough native(citizen) american here to cover the bill. Thus we need immigrants to do the work and pay the bill for that already citizen population. While the immigrant is not (yet) able to reap those same benefits. Until the 'books' balance.

@jehova Its an economic fact that migrants consume. Another economic fact is that a low paid worker puts close to 100% of his income into circulation and it cycles through other hands and creates activity. Unlike the rich old white dude who buys another armani suit, or Ferrari or participates in a share buyback and the money is gone from the systrem. Most of the "problems" created by migration are due to the poor support services available, which would be cheaper to fix, than to pay for the consequences of not fixing them,in poor education, social and legal outcome. But there is money in jails and drugs and crime if you know how to game the system..😷
