So what you're saying is migrants shouldn't be allowed into the country because they don't plan on staying, but the immigrant should be allowed into the country because they plan on staying.

@calicuz I can't even imagine. There are now MORE than 4 million illegal immigrants who have come here just in the past two years. As more and more states struggle to absorb the financial hurt in taxes which go to fund schools and social services, we will hear a lot more about it.
My cousin, who lives in Colorado, is a semi-retired elementary school teacher, now working in ESL, (English as a second language), and she says they just can't handle it. There are more than FIFTY foreign languages and students speaking FIFTY foreign tongues in the school system. Connie, my cousin, says they don't have teachers who even KNOW those languages.

I agree with the statement. It's the basic immigration policy of every nation on earth and all major parties.
