If you do believe that the racial differences in IQ are legitimate, what do you believe the reasons for that are? Do you believe that race matters?

IQ is a product of education. Education, unfortunately, is a product of wealth. That's been the case for centuries. Any superficial relation to race has only to do with the fact that the majority of people of certain ethnicities have not had access to education for several generations.
