Is it just my kid or is this the new culture now?

I feel older son is very confused, or he is just going with the norm. All of a sudden seems half of his Sophmore classmates are non binary and they are so sensitive I can’t say one thing without being called a homophobic or a racist.

There is increased sensitivity in general, but context matters. Some people will cite increased sensitivity in society when they face backlash from saying racist or homophobic things and I have no idea what you said so I can't judge

@deadgerbil Jada, Will Smith’s wife was on Youtube so I said she’s so lucky she has a perfect round head, and she still looks so feminine with no hair. How is that being racist and homophobic?!? I was so dumbfounded, I didn’t even respond. Just had to shake my head.

@Sunnyday yeah idk how that's racist, some people have very weird head shapes that does not go well with a shaved head at all regardless of race

@Sunnyday I’d love to know what race the person thinks that’s denigrating. Even I have to admit, things are getting pretty ridiculous in that regard.
