How do you deal with a toxic old man who constantly complains,

is overly critical, racist , disabled and does not contribute anything aside from being a burden ?

its not right to be like that, but I have often thought whats the point in trying to change them now? they are old, they have little life left to enjoy, let them enjoy in their ignorance.
