I Am A Real Werewolf

Another nice little litmus test to see if people are actually werewolves is to check their age.

The first shift of a werewolf almost always happens between [18-22] years of age, and there is no control over the first shift, and it is most common closer to 18.

While it is possible for one's first shift to be earlier, it is highly unlikely that one should be highly skeptical of anyone 15 or younger that claims to have shifted.

EDIT: Correcting the age range. I was misinformed before. Thank you to WerewolfEngineDriver for correcting me.

Here's a litmus test for insanity: "Does this human being think that they are an animal, mythical creature, shape-shifter or any or all of the above?"

Here is a litmus test for stupidity: Does this person think absence of evidence is proof of absence?

@TheMorningsStar: gosh that almost sounds clever. Fortunately, or otherwise, cleverness isnt incompatible with deep delusions.

If you want to pretend that science means nothing, you have to expect constant mocking and ridicule.

@TheMorningsStar: Pal, you actually think you're a fucking werewolf, you have no right to call anyone else stupid. I'd love to get dragged into a full blown debate about your delusions but I think I'll just leave you with this tip: the burden of proof lies with the claimant, not with the person/persons they are trying to convince. Have a nice day.

@firefall:
Never said that science means nothing. In fact, empirical evidence is the absolute best type of evidence out there, but it isn't the only type of evidence, it is just one of the most universal out there.

For a fun little game, try and show that logical positivism isn't self refuting while only using empiricism.

Now, there is such a thing as anecdotal evidence, but that isn't a universal form of evidence. Anecdotal evidence is evidence for the one who had the experience. Does it mean YOU have to believe it? No, not at all.

@CallMeDex:
Actually, no, I am not a werewolf, I am a mage.
I also never said you have any burden of proof, just pointing out that absence of evidence is not proof of absence and to treat it as such is a sign of stupidity.

I do have to wonder why either of you even bother to post in this group if you don't accept any of this stuff.

@SW-User Well, for starters, you don't understand what insanity is. To be insane does not mean believing things that are generally considered strange or impossible. Insanity is defined by an inability to function appropriately in society. Unless you claim to, somehow, have knowledge of the social and personal lives of a bunch of people you've never met, your accusation of insanity is unfounded. Aside from that, you're really going to go with the whole "I don't believe it, so bullshit" argument? Are you really so unaware of your insecurities that you can't see how unbelievably arrogant that is? You suggest that you know something which is unknowable unless, again, you have some omniscient powers we aren't aware of. You provide no evidence, and so you should rightfully be dismissed.
