Well hello there. I'm been in search for a really long time by now and most iinformation I've found says NOTHING specific about h o w does shift work.
There were plenty of times when I was told physical shifts are not real and stuff, but how can it not be, if all my cells SCREAMING IN PAIN being in need to transform?
I really. Really need help. Maybe my time hadn't come yet and all I need to do right now is wait or maybe I am doing something completelly wrong. Just. I need someone to talk to aboul all this.
