I've got a question...

So on a website for shifters I read that wearing permanent retainers, or even fillings in your teeth will mess up your jaws/teeth when you shift. I wonder if this is true but I hope it's not - since I heard you shift when you're ready (whether it's a fight/flight reaction or it's easier to shift than that is debatable because I've seen people claim both statements) and it would mean I'd be a wolf with messed up teeth if all this is true. I can arrange the permanent retainers to be taken out, but I can't have the fillings removed.
