Denial:
Throughout my whole life and even sometimes currently I struggle with denial immensely. See I was adopted along with two sisters from Ukraine, and didn't grow up knowing what I was or anything like that. When I started to realize I was different from others, it confused me and made me curious at the same time. But it also made me lonely and deny ALOT. There were times where I felt crazy and like I couldn't get anywhere cause I couldn't meet others like me to explain things and tell me everything is okay. So i continued to deny throughout the years and it has scarred me. But despite this I have stayed strong and know sometime in the future, everything will be clear to me.
