I think you might be misinformed. Physical shifting does not exist and if it did you would spend your life unconscious. Mass cannot be created or destroyed. Please don't take this personally, you can still shift in other ways but not physically.

@Hatiblackwolf you are looking at it through the wrong lens and thus distorting the facts mass doesn't have to be created or destroyed for a physical shift to work it is just transformed and spread around.

1. Mass [i]can[i] be created or destroyed. Energy cannot but mass can. People are very often confused by this.
2. The destruction or creation of mass isn't relevant when it comes to shifting...
