I Am A Real Werewolf

Hey everyone. I've been thinking lately. There's a LOT of differing views, beliefs, and values in the wolven community. Then it brought something to mind- the big one most people think of when they hear "werewolf"- the shifting.
So I brought myself to think to ask this.
What are your beliefs on shifting? What techniques do you, as an individual use? Who taught you?

Oh and one more thing. People, especially with the modern look on werewolves, will try to tell you that your mind is telling you/tricking you into being a werewolf. This is a modern term called clinical lycanthropy. What this means is that there is a disorder within the mind that causes one to believe they are a werewolf without any physical evidence being present. Don't fall for this. This is the most common trap that people will set up and try to steer you away from your path.

@SW-User I know. I've been researching for 6 years. There's only 14 or so cases of Clinical Lycanthropy since the 1900s. It is very rare and quite different from a real were's beliefs.

@SW-User Most logical outcome, i am glad that people try to have you present evidence or something would be awfully wrong. If you can't present evidence, you are truly insane to believe in it.
