I Am A Real Werewolf

Hey everyone. I've been thinking lately. There's a LOT of differing views, beliefs, and values in the wolven community. Then it brought something to mind- the big one most people think of when they hear "werewolf"- the shifting.
So I brought myself to think to ask this.
What are your beliefs on shifting? What techniques do you, as an individual use? Who taught you?

I'm not so sure it's actually so easy to put into words.. Shifting is a complex subject which cannot be understood easily. Research will not help you as there are many different opinions and viewpoints on the web. My suggestion to you, is to find your own pack. Then you will find the answers you seek and also a place where you will feel like you belong. I actually was part of a pack once. My name was Lone Raven, no joke. I am dead serious. That was the name given to me buy the elder, leader of our pack. And then I used that name for EP, and changed it a bit to use on SW, lol.

Find a pack, and everything should work out my young wolf friend. :)
Happy hunting!

@SW-User I am in the process of it right now.
However, I'm not asking this for my own good, nor to try. I'm curious as to what individuals think, do, believe. Thus why I asked.

@wolfess Ah, I see. Well, as I have said, I was part of a pack once. Are you talking about a physical manifestation or "morphing" if you prefer or a spiritual/mental changing of form. I personally believe in all three.

@SW-User I've heard of all kinds of shifts. Mental, astral, sense, emotional tend to remain in the therian communities. Personally, my main focus is on physical transformation. It's a highly fascinating topic.

@wolfess I agree. I think it's fascinating because not much is known about it. It is so heavily emphasized and saturated by modern media and the world today, that it's true meaning is almost hard to pick out. The elder would know. I will seek his council and perhaps he will shed some light upon the subject. He knows a lot of history of us wolves.

@SW-User History is one thing I'm also interested in. I know little about traditions but stories and mythology fascinate me thus far. There's so many.

@wolfess I will let you talk with the Elder then. He knows all about history and traditions and is very eager to teach pups, and even grown wolves. You'll love him. He's a big teddy bear, so to speak :)

@SW-User I would love to learn.

@wolfess Good, and if you have any questions for me I'll answer them as best I can as well.

@wolfess beware people who claim they are 'elders'.
