I Am A Real Werewolf

Hey everyone. I've been thinking lately. There's a LOT of differing views, beliefs, and values in the wolven community. Then it brought something to mind- the big one most people think of when they hear "werewolf"- the shifting.
So I brought myself to think to ask this.
What are your beliefs on shifting? What techniques do you, as an individual use? Who taught you?

@wolfess A person who claimed to be able to transform into a wolf once decided to send me this image of their eyes to prove that they're wolves

it's the nearly the first image that comes up if you type yellow eye on google. (back then reverse image search didnt exist)
