I Am A Real Werewolf

Thanks to Everyone

I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone on this experience for what they do. For those who actually contribute and do not insult others as a mask for their insecurities, I give you a legitimate and full-hearted thanks. To those who willingly promote harm and hostility, I thank you for being illogical and creating straw-man arguments that can be easily pushed over. Thank you for being so insulting and unbearable that you lead people who need help to those who will actually give it. You annoy me and you confound me. However, you keep me practiced and you keep me focused. All I can do is try to help people, meanwhile working around immaturity and insecurity. Here's to doing what I can, and being glad that I'm not the only person actually trying to do something valuable. Although, evidence against that will most likely follow this post. So, let it begin.

I don't think you know what a straw man is... Unless you don't believe you are a wolf in any more than a spiritual, mental way you do not understand what a straw man is.

No, his use of the word straw man is finex

*fine

No it's not... The argument against werewolves being real is that there is no evidence and it's scientifically impossible. A straw man as both of you clearly do not know is when you misrepresent the issue when you address it. Unless the issue is not that werewolves are real it would appear I have identified a pair of retards
MrBigBadWolf
You obviously haven't seen arguments on here. They aren't doing with the topic at all, and you calling us retarded have thus more proved my point.

Can you give me any example of a straw man argument
MrBigBadWolf
I can.

Person 1 says that we, as a country, should put more money into health and education. Person 2 responds by saying he is surprised that Person 1 hates the country so much that he would want to leave it defenseless by cutting military spending.

Ok so after discovering what a straw man is can you think of a time where one was used to Argue against the existence of werewolves

Being in Anthropology, which involves a lot of reading and writing, has made me familiar with straw-man arguments. Technically, they are intended to be pushed over, but "straw-man" is also used to identify an argument that is so dramatically one-sided or sure of itself without evidence that it begs to be discredited. I am not sure why, of all I said, you choose to pick on a single phrase rather than focus on the point I was making. Aside from that, if you choose to believe that there is no evidence for the existence of werewolves and that they are "impossible", then that is fine. You are allowed to have your own personal beliefs, but that mere statement is not fact simply because you say it. Let me ask you this: have you looked for evidence? Let's ignore the reality that there are countless sightings, stories, and accounts of werewolves as well as a significant population of people who claim to be werewolves. Here, we will just focus on whether or not you have sought evidence. It is easy to claim a lack of evidence when you do not look for it. And, if your argument from the beginning is that they do not exist, then how do you know what is evidence and what is not evidence? You may not agree with me, and that is fine and expected, but do not think that you can dismiss all of my work and arguments, much less those of others, with a single, unsupported statement of your personal opinion.

I'll take it.
