New Species Being Seen In America

I am wondering if maybe the chupacabra etc people have been seeing in the US are maybe animal experiements that have escaped from Laboratories . The US government seems to not take it seriously making me wonder if they have something to cover up . When officials hear about dead animals appearing they arrive and take the animals away and are never heard of again . Why ? What are they hiding . Why do they keep playing it down . Is it just my suspicious mind or how do others feel .

These observations (chupacabras, etc.) spawn conspiracies because one cannot say with authority experiments are going on or not. Governments can deny things of course but black projects are clandestine for a reason. I guess we citizens have to assume ethics will prevent some covert lab from doing "bad" things or creating these anomalies. For me, I would assume there is a rational explanation for some of these things. But I used to be fascinated years ago about this stuff. Not anymore though. But that's just me. Still, it is interesting. :)
