I mean Trump is simply in cognitive decline. Government time does take longer. what regular time gets done in a week takes bureaucracy 3-9 months. Add senility and what would take 1 week takes an entire presidency. Transport and the speed of information/communications being the fastest on record, while DJT and his generation are still moving at usps speed and telegraph pace. Nearly Incompatible with the internet age.
It would take 9 to 12 weeks to get accomplished as much as a 12 grader can in 1 day in today’s world.
