WTF is the plan?

Does anyone know what Trump is planning with his blockage of the Strait of Hormuz? Is there any exit plan here other than starve Iran of oil money?
Does he think they will just say "OK Mr. Trump Sir, you can have all the money and all the oil and everything because you are so amazing"?
The strait was already closed, so his plan is to close it? Does that make any kind of sense?

Say or do whatever to make the market go up. There is no plan beyond what the markets close at tonight. That’s how people like him operate

@EBSVC So likely the plan will be to suck the oil markets up a high as possible, then tell all his "friends" when to sell, and half an hour later he will announce the end of the blockade?
