Absolutely correct it would still be up! But now the stakes are much higher for the US because they can no longer detect incoming ballistic missiles from high altitude, nor at all for that matter.

@swirlie Yea but in all fairness they did rename to the Department of War so in essence they did want the ana. I believe they planned this a long time ago and made their intentions clear with the renaming.
