The USA has made Cuba a very generous offer but they simply don't want peace! So USA Must act.

That whole "they should be grateful" stuff .... I wish I was smart enough to say things about the state of things going on, but i'm too busy with my fiction books, but what's going on in the real world is a lot like fiction I must say.
